Step by step process
We start by partnering with trusted businesses or asset owners — like a real estate group, a mining project, or a revenue-sharing business — who want to raise capital. (Think of this like listing a property on Airbnb — except it's an investment opportunity instead of a vacation rental.)
Before tokenizing, we work with our lawyers and compliance experts to legally structure the investment. This ensures the offering complies with SEC and global regulation and that tokens will be properly linked to actual ownership rights. (RealPort may use LLCs, SPVs or smart contracts to make sure your tokens are backed by real assets and that all parties are held accountable).
We convert the legally structured asset into digital shares called tokens. (Each token represents a piece of the real-world asset — like a slice of rent from an apartment building, or future revenue from a business.)
Tokens become available to purchase on our platform for qualified investors worldwide.
As the asset earns money (like rent or revenue), token holders receive their share directly. You will receive daily, weekly or monthly payouts (if applicable); Project Updates and Tax Documents (like 1099s).
